Today we continue the countdown of the Top 10 sports stories of the 2016-2017 school year with number 9 for Pleasantville.

Being the only senior on this years team, Brandon Gibson has been through a lot with the Trojan baseball team over the last four seasons. A pair of teams making it to the state championship and state semifinals respectively, with another falling to eventual state champion Twin Cedars in the district final. Overall, the senior amassed 107 wins over four years as a Trojan. Gibson played all over the field for the Trojans, and had a career batting average of .251 while the Trojans went 18-14.
