On Wednesday the regular events and activities at the 2017 Marion County Fair came to an end.

The swine show got things started for the day as the Kids Craft Corner, Chicken Poop bingo and Absolutely Jim’s family entertainment all took place for the last time. The 4-H Foundation Recognition Events were the main topics of the day as the Senior Member Recognition, Parade of Champions and 4-H Bucket of Junk Auction were all held in the Show Pavilion. The other highlight of the day was the Car and Motorcycle show which brought vintage vehicles to Wednesday’s attendees. The fair will conclude tomorrow but not before the Buyers’ Appreciation Breakfast at 8 a.m. and Livestock Sale at 8:30 a.m.
