The Marion County Fair kicks off early Tuesday Morning as the Rabbit Show will take place in the Rabbit Barn at 7 a.m. and the Beef Show will be held in the Show Pavilion at 8 a.m.

The carnival will once again be open at noon. Absolutely Jim and his family water show will be held at both 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. and will serve as a chance for children to get a little wet and cool down while temperatures are expected to be in the mid 90’s. Tuesday evening is filled with attractions as Monster Arm Wrestling will take place in the Show Pavilion at 5 p.m. with the Great Rondini Hypnotist Show taking place from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. Dan Findley with the Marion County Fair Board tells KNIA/KRLS News the fair features free parking and free entertainment so people don’t have to spend a thing if they don’t want to. Tuesday’s events all lead up to Family Night in the show pavilion at 7 p.m. which features Kid’s Games as well as a DJ and Karaoke. The KNIA/KRLS Big Red Radio will be on hand playing music and making announcements.
