Coming off a record setting season in 2016, the Twin Cedars Football Squad will try to reload at key positions. The Sabers went 10-1 on the season last year ending in the eight-man quarterfinals. Coach Aaron Allspach tells KNIA/KRLS sports many of the new players are learning how to play varsity and Allspach says it is a process of mental and physical learning. Allspach adds the expectations are still the same, to improve every week and make a run to the playoffs. Twin Cedars will kick off its season next Friday against WACO.
