The 2017 Farm Crawl will be held tomorrow.

Starting at 11 a.m. and running until 5 p.m. over 1,500 people are expected to visit seven independent family farms in south-central Iowa. The Blue Gate Farm, Coyote Run Farm, Crooked Gap Farm, Pierce’s Pumpkin Patch, Schneider Orchard, Trojan Iron Works, and White Breast Pottery and Weaving will all be featured during the crawl. This year’s crawl is sponsored by Practical Farmers of Iowa and South Central Coop. Attendees will get a chance to tour the farms, visit the animals, meet the farmers, sample the different foods, and discover locally grown produce while having fun in the Marion County and Lucas County countryside. Entrance to all of the farms is free.
