Knoxville residents will get a chance to have their antiques appraised tomorrow.
The Knoxville Public Library is hosting the former Senior Editor with Antique and Collectables Books, Mark Moran. Moran has been an active appraiser of antiques and fine art for more than 20 years and will be appraising antiques brought in from the public during his program. Moran tells KNIA/KRLS News he wants the people who attend his program to be able to use the the sources he provides to find out even more information about their antiques after his program ends. Moran will be speaking from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. on the second floor of the library. Pre-registration is required for anyone who would like to have an item appraised. Cost is $10 for each item and $5 for each additional item.
