The Knoxville Cross Country Squads ran at Grinnell yesterday with the girls finishing ninth led by Ashley Cumpton with a time of 21:45, the boys were 12th led by Jordan Bacon in a time of 19:08. Coach Michael Splavec tells KNIA/KRLS Sports Cumpton’s toughness is impressing him as well as the younger girls. The Panthers will be in action next on Tuesday at Oskaloosa.
