PCM Girls First at Pleasantville, Saints and Trojans Have High Individual Finishes

The PCM girls cross country team finished with 54 points to win at Pleasantville last night with four runners in the top 12, while Pleasantville finished in fourth.

Kirstin Ives led the way for the Mustangs squad with a fourth place finish, while Megan Townsley, Baylee Smith, and Klair Jungling finished in 7th, 11th, and 12th respectively. Pleasantville’s Mel Johnson was the Trojans top finisher in 16th place, as the Trojans scored a 109. Melcher-Dallas did not have a team score, but J’Lyn Knutson had a 5th place finish. On the boys side, PCM scored a 72 for a second place finish with Jason Stafford finishing in fourth. Josh Pulse led the way for the hosts with a second place finish, and the Trojans overall got an 8th place finish. Melcher-Dallas once again didn’t qualify for a team score, but Emery Sage finished in 13th place.
