Making their first road trip of the season this afternoon to Cedar Rapids, the Simpson Storm football team will look to even their overall and conference record taking on the Coe Kohawks.

The Storm fell in a close loss to Wartburg one week ago, but face perhaps their toughest test of the season in reigning Iowa Conference champion in 2016 and undefeated in 2017 Kohawks. Quarterback Sam Sasso for the Storm has been on fire as of late, throwing four touchdown passes in each of the last two games, and kicker Drew Jensen will have a chance to break a tie and become the all time leader in field goals made for Simpson.

The game will be broadcast live on AM 1320 and FM 95.3 KNIA, KNIAKRLS.com, and the free KNIA mobile app with Andrew Swadner and Rick Wilson on the call. Pregame starts at 12:35 and kickoff is at 1pm.
