The first Tracy Festival since 2008 will continue today.

Today’s activities begin with a 5K walk and run at 9 a.m. with registration starting at 8 a.m. At 10 the kids zone opens at the fire station ball diamond location and will run until 4 p.m. Marion County Engineer and former Tracy resident Tyler Christian tells KNIA/KRLS News residents remembered the carnival games and prizes from past festivals and he says this festival will include those as well. A bags tournament and a spaghetti lunch will be held at the fire station from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. for a free will donation. A community coffee time will be held at 2 p.m. for anyone wanting to relax and catch up with their neighbors. Steve McCombs and Danny Mitchell will kick off the live music portion at 5:30 p.m. and Matthew “Bones” will start at 6:30 p.m. with the Sugar Creek Band to end the night.
