A water main break has occurred in Pleasantville close to the Pleasantville School portable classrooms.

Currently, water is leaking down the hill onto the high school track. According to Superintendent Tony Aylsworth, a decision on whether or not to play tonight’s Pleasantville vs Interstate 35 football game will be made at 3 p.m. Aylsworth says even if the water can be shut off, there is no guarantee it will be turned back on in time for the game which would require the school district to bring in portable restrooms.

Update: The Pleasantville versus I-35 varsity football game will be played as scheduled.
