The Knoxville Girls Cross Country Squad made it two South Central Conference championships in three years, and the second S-C-C title for Knoxville this fall last night at the conference championships in Chariton. The girls got three in the top ten and all-conference with Ashley Cumpton in fourth, Mickayla McGill in fifth, and Abbey Jackson in ninth. The boys finished fourth with Trent Walraven earning all-conference with a ninth place finish. Coach Michael Spalvec told KNIA/KRLS Sports he was proud of both boys and girls teams on their effort and running in cool conditions. The Panthers now prepare for the state qualifier.
