Chairman of the Knoxville Heritage Foundation Marketing Committee, Dylan Morse tells KNIA/KRLS News the foundation wanted to hold an event that they had never done before to help bring awareness to the foundation and all it does for the city of Knoxville to help make it a better place. Cost is $25 for adults and $40 for couples and tickets are limited so anyone interested in attending should purchase tickets as soon as possible. Attendees are encouraged to dress in a costume, but a costume is not required. There will be prizes for best and most creative costumes as well as raffle and auction items to bid on. A portion of the proceeds from the bar will go toward the foundation’s mission of supporting community betterment projects in Knoxville
