IN THE PAST TWENTY-FOUR HOURS MARION COUNTY SHERIFF’S DEPUTIES RESPONDED TO 28 CALLS FOR SERVICE INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: THREE RETURN PHONE CALLS, TWO EACH WELFARE CHECK, RECKLESS DRIVING, SUSPICIOUS PERSONS, VEHICLE UNLOCK, PAPER SERVICE ATTEMPTS, VEHICLE INSPECTIONS, THEFT, FOLLOW UP AND ONE EACH DISPUTE, ILLEGAL DUMP, TRESPASS, LIVESTOCK IN THE ROADWAY, MOTORIST ASSIST, DEBRIS IN THE ROADWAY, EXTRA PATROL, TRANSPORT, AND DEER CARCASS IN THE ROADWAY.
IN THE PAST TWENTY-FOUR HOURS THE MARION COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE COMMUNICATIONS CENTER FIELDED 116 PHONE CALLS INCLUDING 24 911 CALLS.
THE MARION COUNTY JAIL IS CURRENTLY HOLDING 34 SUBJECTS.
IN THE PAST TWENTY-FOUR HOURS ONE SUBJECT WAS BOOKED INTO THE MARION COUNTY JAIL.
