The Little Dutch D dominated wire-to-wire to put Webster City’s big play rushing attack to a halt in their 27-7 victory, as heard live on KNIA.

Pella held the Lynx to less than three yards per carry and 105 total on the ground.

Head Coach Jay McKinstrey says the dominating defense generated short fields to allow Pella to handle the entire contest.

Avery Van Zee scored two touchdowns on the ground and Cade Van Vliet had three tackles for loss.

Pella is 9-1, and has a week two rematch against DCG between them and a fourth straight trip to Cedar Falls.
