The Central College football team wraps up the 2017 season today with a matchup against the University of Dubuque at Ron and Joyce Schipper Stadium.

The Dutch have won three games in a row, and are 6-3 overall, 5-2 in the Iowa Conference. That’s one game clear of both the Spartans and Luther, so a win today for Central would lock up solo second place behind league champion Wartburg.

Kickoff is at 1:00, with Trevor Castle, George Wares and Libbie Randall calling the action. Pregame will start following the conclusion of the Pella Christian versus Iowa City Regina class 1A semifinal at approximately 12:45 on 92.1 KRLS.

In other Central action today, the cross-country teams are at the NCAA Division III Central Regional meet in Northfield, Minnesota and the Dutch wrestling team is at the Millikin Open in Illinois.
