Preparing for their first regular season game at Newton this coming Friday, the PCM Mustang girls basketball team competed with a host of teams at the Lynnville-Sully Jamboree last night.

Other teams included were the host Hawks, Montezuma, Colfax-Mingo, Eddyville-Blakesburg-Fremont, and Tri-County. The Mustangs graduated seven senior contributors from 2016-17’s state tournament qualifying team but bring back star guard Regan Freland, who averaged 13.4 points per game. PCM will travel to Newton this Friday to start their season, followed by Knoxville a week from today.
