Funeral services for Robert “Bob” Elder, age 77 of Oskaloosa, will be held on Thursday, November 30th at Garland-Van Arkel-Langkamp Funeral Chapel in Oskaloosa.

The family will greet visitors beginning at noon until the time of service Thursday at the funeral home.
