The Knoxville Basketball Squads will get their final test before the Christmas break with a home match up with Bondurant-Farrar tonight. The Panther girls come in at seven-and-two after dispatching Centerville on Tuesday playing aggressive defense and causing the Big Reds to turn the ball over several times. Coach Jim Uitermarkt tells KNIA/KRLS Sports he wants the same thing to happen tonight against an improved Blue Jay team. The Panthers held Bondurant-Farrar to just 14 points last year. The boys will try to end the 2017 portion of the season with back-to-back wins after Tuesday’s victory at Centerville. The game last year with the Blue Jays went to overtime with Knoxville prevailing. Coach Jeff Larson tells KNIA/KRLS Sports they have lost several scorers from last year’s team. The girls game will tip off at 6:15.
