Pella closes out a four-game pre-Christmas basketball road trip with a non-conference doubleheader tonight at ADM.

The Lady Dutch are 5-3 overall after Tuesday’s win at Norwalk, while ADM is just 3-6 overall but has won three of its last four games.

Pella Coach Jerod Garland says that ADM is a familiar opponent and they think they have a game plan ready to go.

“We expect a lot of zone in that game, and they have some athleticism. That’s kind of always been their thing – they have some pretty quick guards.”

The teams have three common opponents this season in Pella Christian, Ballard and Norwalk. ADM lost to all three, while Pella beat them all.

Over on the boys side, the Little Dutch are 5-2 after Tuesday’s humbling loss to Norwalk. ADM comes in at 2-5.

The girls game will start tonight at 6:00 at ADM High School, with the boys game to follow at approximately 7:30.
