incarcerated.
 On 12/11/17, Billie J. Shipman, 40, of Delphos was charged with driving while suspended.
Shipman was cited and released with a court date.
 On 12/14/17, Cody J. Runion, 26, of Knoxville was charged with driving while suspended.
Runion was cited and released with a court date.
