The Iowa Girls High School Athletic Union released the postseason schedule for Class 1A, 2A, and 3A teams.

Pella Christian earned a bye in 2A Region 2, and will begin the playoffs by hosting the winner of East Marshall and Belle Plaine on Tuesday, February 13th. Pleasantville hosts Colfax-Mingo on Saturday, February 10th in the opening round in Region Six. In Class 3A Region 7, the PCM Mustangs will travel to South Tama on Saturday the 10th.

Melcher-Dallas and Twin Cedars both start the 1A postseason on Thursday, February 8th — with the Saints traveling to Liberty Center to face Southeast Warren and Twin Cedars heads to BGM in Brooklyn. All girls playoff basketball games start at 7 p.m. on their respective dates.

KNIA/KRLS will follow our area teams as they try to make it to the State Tournament at Wells Fargo Arena. Pella and Knoxville will learn their postseason brackets on Thursday, February 1st.
