Melcher-Dallas gets bragging rights in southern Marion County for now as the Saints swept the rivalry match-up with Twin Cedars last night winning the girl’s game 39-29 and taking the boy’s contest 58-43. Saints Girls Coach John Suntken told KNIA/KRLS Sports his team played well and was able to get into the offense. Haley Godfrey led a balanced attack with ten points, while Hannah Bonnett led the Sabers with nine. Coach Blake McWilliams told KNIA/KRLS Sports it was their best game all season. Isaac Sage had 14 points and Steven Krpan had 12 to pace the Saints boys in their 15 point win. Twin Cedars was led by Dakota Syhlman with 14 points.
