2 From Knoxville 6 From PCM Qualify For State Wrestling Meet

Coby Meyer and Chase Bellon will add their names to the long list of Knoxville Wrestlers that have made the state meet as they both punched their tickets to the state meet next week at Saturday’s Class two-A district.

Bellon qualified in the 220 pound weight class as a district champion while Meyer was a runner up. P-C-M qualified six to the two-A state meet as Landon Fenton, Chase Shirk, and Colby Tool qualified as runners up and Wes Cummings, Lucas Roland, and Jarron Trausch qualified as champions. Pleasantville will send three wrestlers to the state meet next week. The Trojans hosted a class 1A district meet and Evan Mann, Chaz Clark, and Matthew Kauffman all qualified as runners up.
