Applications Available for Knoxville Heritage Community Foundation 2018 Grant Cycle

The Knoxville Heritage Community Foundation has begun their application period for the 2018 grant cycle.

The foundation is taking grant applications from groups in Knoxville that are looking to improve the city with small projects. The foundation, which is Knoxville’s oldest non-profit organization, has helped with projects such as the renovation at Ken Locke Stadium, the Grand Theater reopening, the Knoxville Performing Arts Center’s debut and outfitting, the Knoxville Public Library’s Expansion Project, the Bessie Spaur Butterfly Garden, capital investments at the Knoxville Community Schools, renovations and equipment purchases at the Knoxville Hospital, and many more. The Knoxville Heritage Foundation was established in 1985 by Knoxville citizens who wanted to improve their city while also leaving a legacy.
