Both the Pella Christian boys and girls will have a final tuneup before the playoffs begin in their regular season finale this evening in Newton.

The Eagles will take on the Cardinals in a girls-boys doubleheader. Pella Christian will look to repeat their effort from a 60-38 win on January 12th, while the boys will look to repeat their the first three quarters of what they did to Newton. The Eagles led by as much as 18, but an 18-0 run from the Cardinals, propelled by their press, was enough to knock off P.C.

Head Coach Larry Hessing is hopeful they can repeat the better parts of that game in January, but also hang on if they have a late lead and try to find a way to contain Garrett Sturtz.
