Join the Pella Public Library next week as they celebrate the culture of The Philippines as presented by Pella resident, Josie Lopez.

Josie will share her experiences growing up in The Philippines and her journey to the United States as well as the geography, customs, food, education and more about her native country. The program will take place on Monday at 7:00 pm in Room 206 of the Pella Community Center. This is the third of five Culture Nights in 2018, with Japan and Lebanon to follow this spring. There will time to ask questions, and many of the speakers will share a food from their country. Culture Nights are free and open to the public. All ages are welcome, but the presentation is recommended for age Kindergarten and above.
