ARRESTS:
 On 02/18/18, Nicholas T. Oelmann, 20, of Ankeny was charged with unlawful use of license.
Oelmann was cited and released with a court date.
 On 02/19/18, Kiara K. Schnoebelen, 19, of Pella was charged with possession of drug
paraphernalia. Schnoebelen was cited and released with a court date.
 On 02/21/18, three juvenile males of Pella were charged with possession of marijuana and
possession of drug paraphernalia. The juveniles were cited and released to a guardian.
 On 02/22/18, Christian B. Formaro, 28, of Monroe was charged with driving while suspended.
Formaro was cited and released with a court date.
 On 02/24/18, a juvenile male of Altoona was charged with possession of marijuana and
possession of alcohol under the legal age. The juvenile was cited and released to a guardian.
WARRANTS:
 On 02/22/18, George J. Hettinga, 66, of Pella was picked up on a Mahaska County arrest warrant
for drug related offenses. Hettinga was transported to the Mahaska County Jail.
