Twin Cedars has dominated the boys Bluegrass Conference Track and Field race for the last few seasons. Sabers Coach Aaron Allspach tells KNIA/KRLS Sports the B-G-C may be more balanced this year, due to a lot of the schools bringing back talent from last season. Allspach does not know who could win the conference this season. He knows his team will be ready to defend their crown in May.
