The Marion County Republican Convention will be held today at the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame and Museum.

Everyone will be welcome to attend, however, only those previously elected as delegates, alternate delegates, and junior delegates will be able to participate. All candidates running for office are welcome to attend and speak. State Representative Greg Heartsill tells KNIA/KRLS News it is a great opportunity to learn more about the issues Marion County residents face, and you can learn how the platform is shaped. The convention takes place on the second floor of the Hall of Fame and begins at 9am. The Marion County Democratic Convention will take place on March 24th in the Marion County Extension Office gym.
