The Lady Dutch track team had a lot of success in their final indoor event when they participated in the Central College High School Invitational Saturday.

Emily Vos continued her early season dominance, placing 1st out of 183 entries in the 60 meter dash (7.84) and winning the 200 meters out of 181 racers (26.14). Roselande Vanderhoff grabbed 4th in the short sprint event, and Metsje Miller was 7th in the both the 60 and 200 meter races. The 4×200 team of Miller, Vos, Mackenna Goemaat, and Elsie Thoreson was 2nd overall. Kaeleigh DeWaard was 5th out of 72 throwers in the shot put with a toss of 38 feet, 02.25 inches.

The Lady Dutch track and field team will begin the outdoor racing season on Saturday, March 31st at the annual Knoxville invitational.
