A special screening of the movie Screenagers: Growing Up in the Digital Age will be held at the Knoxville Performing Arts Center on Monday.

The movie highlights how children and parents can interact and set boundaries for technology use. Lindsay Carlson, Technology Integrationist for the Knoxville Community School District tells KNIA/KRLS News for parents worried about the overuse of technology, setting boundaries early can be a big help because breaking bad habits when they are ingrained is a tough thing for anyone to accomplish, and the Screenagers movie provides insight on how to do that. The screening begins at 6:30 p.m. and funding for the free screening has been provided by the Iowa State Savings Bank.
