Marion County residents are still looking for ways to prevent suicide.

The Suicide Prevention Task Force has held town hall meetings to discuss ways to help create a strategic plan on how to eliminate suicides in Marion County. Jean Holthaus with Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services in Pella tells KNIA/KRLS News of some subtle warning signs to watch out for include giving away possessions, quitting hobbies or activities that matter to them, or saying goodbye to friends and family.
