Nearly all of the throwers return for Coach Eric Kellar and the Knoxville Boys Track and Field Squad this season. The thing they are looking for in the field events, is jumpers. Trent Davis was a standout long and high jumper for the Panthers last season, but he graduated and now Kellar is possibly looking at some freshmen to fill the hole left by Davis’ departure. Kellar adds with many of his shot put and discus throwers back, they should be strong in that area of the events and could score a lot of points.
