Both Melcher-Dallas Track and Field Squads finished sixth at their respective meets last night. The girls went to East Union and had six podium finishes including Grace Overgaard winning the shot put, J’Lyn Knutson took second in the 1500 and 3000 while the 4×200 and 400 meter relay teams were second and the Distance Medley was third. The boys ventured to the Central Decatur Invitational and had three podium finishes with Ethan Harrington placing second in the 400 and third in the high jump, plus the distance medley team of Joe Branson, Brady Parker, Isaac Sage, and Ryan Krpan placed third.
