It was another night of track on Tuesday and another night to chalk up a win for the PCM boys’, as they captured their third meet title taking the crown at B-G-M.
It was a nail-biter finish, as PCM won the meet with 103 points just edging out Roland-Story with 101 points. Seven Mustang events claimed first place honors headlined by the relay events of the 4x100m, 4x200m, and 4x400m teams. Individual champions included Preston VanWyk in the 100m (11.66 seconds), Noah Anderson in the 200m (22.8 seconds), Blake Lee in the 400m (53. 91 seconds), and Payton Strovers in the long jump (20’0.75’’). Other top finishes include the shuttle hurdle relay team placing second, Beau Webb third in 1600m, and Nigel Sperfslage third in 400m hurdles.
Pella Christian was also in attendance finishing seventh out of nine teams with 55 points. The Eagles had four second place finishers including Bryant Agre in the 800m, Blake Veenstra in the discus, the 4x100m relay, and sprint medley relay.
