Pella’s soccer teams continued mid-season success Thursday, with each finding victories on the pitch.

The boys hosted and defeated conference foe Grinnell 2-0, while the Lady Dutch toppled Marshalltown on the road by the same margin, both in weather-related makeups. Ethan Poulter scored twice, and Grace Held and Maddie Canfield each found the back of the net in Marshalltown.

Pella’s boys have won 5 in a row and host two-time defending 2A state champion Norwalk Tuesday. The 4-0 girls are at Adel Saturday against No. 2 in 2A Waverly Shell-Rock and Council Bluffs – St. Albert.
