Lady Dutch golfers racked up another win in non-conference action against Des Moines Hoover Thursday night at the Pella Country Club.

Pella shot a 192 to Hoover’s 252. Leading scores were Medalist Lauren VanWyk (46), Runner-up Brooke Galeazzi (47), Ashland James (48), and Maddie Johnson (51). Pella improved to 2-0 and next travels to Edmundson Park in Oskaloosa Tuesday for a conference triangular with the Indians and Newton.

Pella’s boys golf team opened Bos Landen for their first home conference meet of the year, taking 2nd place at Bos Landen Golf Resort Thursday. Norwalk won the triangular shooting a 161 to Pella’s 170 and Dallas Center-Grimes’ 180. Trey Wood and Blaise Winegardner each shot a 42, while Ethan Gordon, John Oltman, and Luke Galeazzi carded 43 apiece. The 1-1 Dutch boys next host the Pella Masters Invitational on April 13th at Bos Landen.
