A plea agreement was reached between the Marion County Attorney’s Office and Anthony Cook on Thursday.

Cook pled guilty to two counts of possession with intent to deliver less than five grams of methamphetamine, operating a vehicle while under the influence, and possession of methamphetamine. The Marion County Attorney’s Office recommended a sentence of 10 years for each count of possession with intent to deliver to be run consecutively for a total of 20 years, two years for the OWI which is his second offense, and one year for the possession of methamphetamine, which was recommended to be served concurrently. Cook waived his right to a pre-sentence investigation, and was officially sentenced to 20 years.
