The Knoxville City Council meets in regular session Monday.

Mayor Brian Hatch will read proclamations recognizing National EMS Week and National Public Works Week. The council will hold public hearings and consider resolutions on a development agreement with 3M Company, an amendment to the Knoxville 2015 Industrial Urban Renewal Area, and a resolution on sanitary user charges increase. The council will accept Jeffery Carlson as a reserve Knoxville Police officer, and approve a partnership with Marion County for a seal coat project, among other items.
