The Knoxville Girls Soccer Squad completed an unusual double header last night as the Panthers played back-to-back varsity games against Creston and Centerville. The Panthers were successful to a tune of a combined 15-1 scores as they beat Creston 5-1 in game one. Tori Dye had two goals while Amber VanderVeer, Kelsey Ryan, and Marley McKay had one each. In the second game, the Panthers completed their sweep of the South Central Conference by drubbing Centerville 10-0. Emma DeJoode had a hat trick plus one with four goals. Jolyn Beaver got two tallies, while Dye, McKay, Ryan, and Jessica Beal had one goal. Knoxville is now 8-6 on the season and outscored South Central Conference opponents this season 36-2.
