The South Central Conference will hold its track and field meet tonight at Albia. Knoxville is looking to win on the girl’s side. The Panthers have been trying different combinations all season in each meet seeing what works and what does not. Coach Brad McWilliams tells KNIA/KRLS Sports the girls have worked hard all season and the conference meet is their time to show the conference what they are made of. The boys hope to pull off a few individual championships tonight. Coach Eric Kellar says his throwers Travis Peterson and Alex Buckley look to pick up gold medals tonight. Tonight’s meet is scheduled to get underway at four-30.
