The City of Knoxville is redesigning their website to make it more easily accessible to residents.

Assistant City Manager Heather Ussery tells KNIA/KRLS News that the biggest focus of the redesign is to make it as user-friendly as possible as most of the feedback that the city has received about the current website is that all the relevant information is available but it can be a little too hard to find, so the new website has plans to make most information a couple of clicks away. The new website is currently planned to go live on August 16th.
