A plea agreement was reached with a Knoxville woman who was arrested on drug charges in March.

Jenny Frost, 40, was arrested after a traffic stop which resulted in Knoxville Police finding methamphetamine and other drugs in her vehicle, and was charged with possession with intent to distribute more than 5 grams of meth, a class B felony, and an OWI among other drug related charges. The plea agreement changes the charge to possession with intent to deliver less than 5 grams of meth, a class C felony, keeps the OWI, and drops all other charges. The state recommended a suspended sentence of 10 years, a substance abuse evaluation, and various fines. The defense will request a deferred judgment at sentencing, which is scheduled for August 2nd.
