Colton Major’s 16 strikeout no hitter allowed Pleasantville to defeat Twin Cedars 9-0 last night. Major controlled the game striking out the side in the first, second, and sixth innings. Offensively, Pleasantville was led by Cael Lester who went 2/3 with a double and R-B-I. Quintin Berglund led with two R-B-I. Twin Cedars drops to 7-8 on the season and will play Mormon Trail tonight while Pleasantville is now 15-7 and will travel to Martensdale-St. Mary’s in a huge Pride of Iowa Conference game tonight.
