Due to rising lake levels the swimming lines and buoys have been removed from Whitebreast Beach and North Overlook Beach. There will not be day use fees charged at these areas.

Levels have risen by about a foot in the last 24 hours, with the latest forecast indicating it will rise by one-to-two feet per day before topping out at 751 feet by June 29th.

Inflows will dramatically increase about 10,000 cubic feet per second higher than normal (22,000) as well, and with the upstream flooding reported, some hidden debris may be carried down the river.
