The PCM softball team saw their season come to a close on Tuesday night when they fell to Clarke in the first round of the class 3A regionals 11-1.

The Mustangs could not stop the Indian offense early, as they plated all 11 of their runs in the first three innings. PCM had their lone score in the fifth when a Madison Foster single plated Anna Shaver. The Mustangs close out the season with a 2-15 record and bid farewell to three seniors in Foster, Baylee Smith, and Kenzie Johnson.

The PCM baseball squad had an emphatic 14-4 win to end the regular season over Nevada. Preston Van Wyk had a day to remember finishing 5-for-5 with four runs scored, three RBI, and three stolen bases. Derek Brown got the win going 4 2/3 innings pitched giving up six hits and four runs. The Mustangs are now 10-13 and will travel to Colfax-Mingo on Saturday for the first round of the class 2A districts.
