A Knoxville Panther will be playing in the Iowa High School Baseball Coaches Association All-Star Baseball Series this weekend in Iowa City. Ben Wallace was selected to the Small Schools East Squad as an infielder. Wallace helped the Panthers to a 30-12 season this summer batting 393 with 48 hits, three homeruns and a team-leading 43 RBI. He also was great on defense playing shortstop and going 4-2 on the mound with a 2.07 ERA and 42 strikeouts. The games will be Thursday-Sunday at Duane Banks Field on the campus of the University of Iowa.
