It was a long night Monday night for the Melcher-Dallas Softball Squad as the Saints fell to Southeast Warren 8-0 in the first round of the Class 1A regional. The game was scoreless until the fourth inning when the Warhawks plated one run. The big blow game in the fifth when Southeast Warren scored five times to break it open. Emilie Krpan took the loss to the Saints allowing eight runs on seven hits over seven innings, and striking out eight. Melcher-Dallas finishes the season with a 16-15 record.
