Pella jumped on Perry early, scoring 14 runs in the first two innings in a 17-5 baseball win on the road Monday night.

The Little Dutch offense lit up the scorebook, with Avery Van Zee starting the game with a home run and adding another in the 4th inning. Noah Van Vark hit is first career varsity home run on a four-RBI day, Jaden Rolffs hit his Class 3A leading 19th and 20th double of the season, and Ryan Mace was 3-for-3 with four runs driven in. Ben Akers earned the win on the mound after pitching all five innings and giving up five unearned runs in a tuneup for the playoffs.

Pella improves to 18-14 overall, and wraps up the regular season tonight at home against ADM.
